Depending on where your order is located, it may be eligible either for Curbside, In-Store or Express Pickup at an Apple Store. During checkout, choose your pickup date, method and store.
After receiving the trade-in package, you have 14 calendar days to prepare your device for return. If you ordered an iPhone with a trade-in, the kit will be included with your new device. You will receive the kit separately once your new product arrives. Your trade-in will become complete once we have received it. If your device isn't in the same condition as you described, we will send you an email detailing next steps. If you paid full price and the device's worth was greater than the purchase price, you will receive an Apple Gift Card email with the remainder.
To see if your status is up to date, if you are not already a member of the program, you can check your upgrade status. You can upgrade online or in person at an Apple Store to speak with a specialist. After six months, you can upgrade as long as you have made at least 12 payments. You can upgrade if you need to pay an extra amount to cover your 12 payments. As part of the program we will help you trade in your iPhone. Please do not use the standard Apple Trade In option to trade in your iPhone.
