After you receive the kit, you have fourteen days to prepare and mail in your device. If you purchased an iPhone and added the trade-in option, you might receive the kit together with your new iPhone. The kit will be mailed to the address you provide once your product has been delivered or picked up. After we receive your trade, we'll inspect the item and determine if it is in good condition. If your device does NOT match the description, you'll be emailed with next steps. If you paid in full but the value of the device was less than the cost of your iPhone, you'll be emailed an Apple Gift Card with the balance.
